Pre-opera Reception starting at 6:15PM in the Selby Bar and Lobby on the Second Floor. Curtain at 7:30PM. Please join us for Gioachino Rossini's beloved comic opera, "The Barber of Seville." Hilarious complications ensue when Count Alvaro enlists the help of Figaro, the Barber of Seville, to win the heart of the beautiful Rosina. The Full Opera Evening Package includes excellent front and center orchestra seats and a private Pre-Opera Reception. Richard Russell, General Director of the Sarasota Opera, will join us at the Reception to speak about "The Barber of Seville." Enjoy a delicious selection of appetizers and mini - desserts.
